11-01-08 Coshocton FD House Fire

COSHOCTON, Ohio – Shortly before noon, on Saturday November 1, 2008, a call came into the 911 center reporting that a home at 1801 Walnut Street was on fire, and there was the possibility of someone still in the home. The tones were dropped for the Coshocton Fire Department and Engine 303 and Ladder 307 quickly went en route. Finding the burning home was not a problem for the firefighters. The burning home was located on a hill in town, and the smoke was visible from the apron of the fire station, and from the town of West Lafayette 7 miles away.
